No Child Left Behind

For the 2008-2009 school year, the State Council of Higher Education for Virginia will be awarding approximately 10 competitive award grants to increase the academic achievement of all students by helping Virginia schools and school districts improve teacher and principle quality and to ensure that all teacher are highly qualified in the core subjects they teach.
